Give me a break.

Seems like once a month "reports" come out about either Facebook, Google+, Youtube, Twitter, or myriad other sites are unblocked. It's all internet rumors.

I checked both. Neither worked without my VPN. I used various browsers and various devices.

Often there are regional differences in the implementation of the GFW. Currently from Haikou, Hainan G+ IS working for me, but didn't load all the photos. Youtube and Facebook failed to load at all. Ok, turning my VPN back on now :)
