An insightful short documentary on rural life in Northern China's Heilongjiang province. The video explores how life in China's vast countryside is changing as it becomes harder and harder to make a living from the land. In search of better opportunities for work and for their children, farmers are forced to rent out their land for marginal sums and move to urban areas.
