Ryan just posted on the site that the Horse Dragon Fish site is blocked by the GFW, is Tumblr blocked in China? Can anyone recommend a similar service that isn't blocked so I can pass the info on to the creator of the comic?

Unfortunately if it's free and for blogging, it's likely blocked. For the $5/mo. that basic shared hosting costs, that's by far the best bet. A free copy of WordPress and a free (web-comic?) theme.
