New Bruce Lee movie filming underway in Sichuan's Luzhou – Arts & Entertainment

www.gochengdoo.com — A film commemorating kungfu film star Bruce Lee began filming earlier this month in Sichuan's Luzhou Fangshan Natural Scenic Area. The film, 《双节棍》 (which means "Nunchucks," but there seems to have been no mention of it yet in any English-language media, and no word on whether it will be released in English), is scheduled to premier on November 27 of this year, which would have been Bruce Lee's 70th birthday. Is this a case of Bruceploitation? Director, lead actor, and investor Chen Tianxing (pictured above, right) says no, that he simply wanted to make the film in order to commemorate his idol.
