There is a comment underneath, of October 5, whose author says he disagrees with it on "many issues" - but he only specifies one. Basically, "All is not well" seems to point out the negative effects that a lack of control by the public can have - in mainland China, Macau, or (in the longer run) Hong Kong, too.
