Just a POI, the Philippines is not in South Asia. It's in SE Asia. South Asia usually refers to India and the rest of the subcontinent.
It is amazing how unwise foreigners, mostly men, can be when it comes to scams and sex when in China. It isn't worth it! Just picture your consulate calling your wife and telling her you've been arrested for being with a prostitute.
I imagine that's a tough phone call no matter what continent you're on.
