If i may add, it is also a "hot bed" for even more secret services from Spain, Germany, France and other EU countries and Russia. I have seen an article about it, i should have bookmarked it....:-/. Sri Lanka is weak and therefore easily to be controlled by foreign powers. Is it the new Casablanca? :-). Thanks Heiney for this link!
