Even more conversation and dismissal of this as false at the Peking Duck.
False fear mongering or not Nik, overt racism towards blacks in Beijing's bar district is nothing new. It could have been true, and though that should never be mistaken as fact, it also puts light on why it may have been assumed to be true in the first place.
