32 weeks 2 days 6 hours 21 min agoThinking about this . . . is it really so abnormal/unusual? At many of the big universities, colleges and residential schools in the UK there is an annual clear-out of all students in the summer so the premises can be used for summer events e.g. the Pollock Halls of Residence in Edinburgh are cleared and then used for visitors and artists attending the Edinburgh International Festival. So is this really so different? are we seeing something in isolation or out of context?
I'm asking because I don't know the answer, not making a rhetorical statement.
