Usually good articles from Chengdu Living but 4 together and all voted for by the same new people- poor effort. I think the first time I've felt like voting anything down.

We're new to the forum and decided to post everything we had and then start anew. Thanks for using your down vote on all four new stories to inform us of site etiquette.
All of the people who voted are also contributors -- we don't post other people's stories -- and all 2 of those voters are currently writing new posts for the site.
I gotta say I don't really like the idea of voting down, just not voting if you don't like it seems alright to me, but if you're all contributors still seems a bit like mates votes to me- plus not posting other peoples' stories is not necessarily good as this site benefits from everybody's own take on what articles from other sources they like. That said, there was no actual offence meant you guys have good articles, keep them coming.
They are friends votes. Is inviting friends onto the site against the rules?
