www.adamdanielmezei.com — A recent 14-part online series on VBS.tv, with Shane Smith hosting, got me thinking of inter-war Shanghai and how dismissive some Westerners can occasionally be to Asian cultural peculiarities and sensitivities. Smith looks like a roadie here or an Aum Shinrikyo fanatic, and that likely didn't sit well with his DPRK handlers.
