These days, Bao Xishun (鲍喜顺) isn't even China's tallest man anymore — that title has now gone to a 27 year old circus performer from Henan province by the name of Zhao Liang. The cute little He Pingping (何平平) — some of you will remember him from his previous meeting with the world's leggiest woman — still retains the title as the world's shortest man, and just recently he met up with Sultan Kösen, a young Turkish man who is the current record holder of the tallest living man in the world, in Istanbul, Turkey:
