Definitely an interesting watch/read. A bit tough to read in parts, but I like the fresh look of eRenLai's interface. Definitely a unique way of blogging/reporting.
Above all, an interesting watch. The photos would be good for a slide show of its own. But I doubt that NRCMS health insurance - in its current shape - will cover 100% of rural population by 2010. (Did the Chinese government really say so?) Think of this: a rural family with very little to their name pay 10 RMB annually, to get between 20 to 60% of their healthcare costs reimbursed. Many of those who can't pay 100% of their healthcare costs, can't pay for 40 to 80% of them either. So why join?
