Is it possible that blocking Blogger is in retaliation to the Chinese space agency being ridiculed by bloggers?
I thought it was because of a post I did on why waterboarding babies doesn't work - they didn't want babies to be prepared going into interrogation, but I think you've nailed it, how dare we ridicule their logo.
