lossofmind.com — I can handle crowds. I've been in China not long comparatively, but certainly long enough that I learned to give up my right to personal space long ago. One cannot last here if one cannot relinquish the luxury of personal space and accept bodily violation by stranger after apathetic stranger. In fact if you have any emotional problems relating to the claustrophobic or ochlophobic then don't even come here.
Am thinking that headline ain't the coolest.
Well since it is a Chinese saying, and this is a website dedicated to that which is Chinese, I figured it would be appreciated.
The saying in Chinese of "Life is like being raped, you can't resist so you might as well enjoy it..." escapes me, please fill me in.

sheng huo jiu xiang bei qiang jian, bu neng fan kang ,na jiu hao hao xiang shou ba.-life is like being raped you cant resist so might as well enjoy it. And yes it is disturbing. When I heard it for the first time three years ago I was surprised and disgusted. Today I see it differently.
Simply put it means: life is difficult, but thats life, so you might as well try to enjoy it. And I think that messege is displayed well in the blog post which is why I chose this title.

There was this guy at the forum I used to visit (where everybody knows everybody else in real life). Every midnight he would come out to say "Life is like being raped, blah blah". It freaked people out to no end. HaHa.
I find this blog very hilarious but also realistic must read for those being fresh off the boat in China.
