I've been hard at work trying to shape up the whole sharing integration on the site. Some stuff was always there, but neglected, and some just plain didn't exist.
You'll now notice a much deeper integration with social networks -- specifically Facebook and Twitter, though I may expand some of this to other networks as well (let me know if you feel strongly about any -- LinkedIn anyone?).
The big item you'll notice is that the submit page now has checkboxes for sharing your submission on Facebook and Twitter right after submission. If checked, after clicking "Save" a new tab (or window) will open in your browser with everything all queued up to share. The share link is the regular HHR Bar-style layout (the original article with the HHR bar at the top -- which has also received a facelift and now features a working vote widget -- here's an example).
I've also fixed up the HHR feeds so that the primary link in them is the HHR bar-style link, rather than a link to the story's main page on HHR. I did this because I think it's probably more useful for readers, but also because the Hao Hao Report Facebook page is fed via RSS, and I wanted to get images appearing there. Oh... please go "Like" the page :)
I've also updated the AddThis buttons (the three share buttons right below the vote widget) to be a bit smarter. The "more" button now features a better selection of default share targets (based on stats of what the community is using to share HHR stories).
