Found this article thanks to http://madaboutshanghai.blogs.com, and it's just nuts. Parents are offering cosmetic surgery as an incentive for their kids to do well on college entrance exams. Big on the list of bod-mods is labial reduction... aparently a big problem with today's Chinese teens.
