For most spam there's no question that it is the scum of the net and deserves to quickly be cast into the bowels of HHR hell. However, I recognize that there is somewhat of a grey area when it comes to what the good peoples of the world consider "spam", and as such I've created these Submission guidelines and a Spam Policy/FAQ for guidance on the matter.

Hi all! Just your friendly HHR moderator here. I wanted to remind everyone that you can now add avatars to your profile. Simply go to your profile (sidebar or along the top there), select Modify and you'll see the Upload Avatar section right at the top.
Avatars are a good way of adding some identity to your profile here on the Hao Hao Report. Now with over 100 members, we're growing fast and having your own personality here will just add to the community.
