I have been an independent blogger for Asia Sentinel since October 2007. I am the author and publisher of the book "Land and the Ruling Class in Hong Kong", which was marketed in December 2005. In July 2010, a Chinese translation of the book was produced, given the title "地產霸權", and published jointly by Hong Kong Economic Journal and Enrich Publishing. This traditional Chinese edition has been a bestseller in Hong Kong since the book launch and was selected by Yazhou Zhoukan magazine (亞洲週刊)as one of the ten best non-fiction books for the year 2010 in Greater China (i.e. Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China). In December 2010, an English 2nd edition was published by Enrich Professional Publishing. In January 2011, a Simplified Chinese edition was launched in the Mainland. Date: Feb. 25, 2011
